The World Printers Forum Board consists of 12 members, half of them representing publishing and printing companies, the other half representing materials and equipment suppliers. The recent meeting of the new Board was on 25 and 26 March 2019 in Sarajevo on kind invitation of Mujo Selimović, publisher of the Bosnian newspaper Oslobodjenje.

The Board reviewed the work of the WPF since October 2018, discussed the developments in markets and technologies. It discussed new projects, the WPF Conference 2019 and other events, the International Color Quality Club and the Print Innovation Aards, and the activities in conjunction with IFRA Expo 2019.
