The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) and the World Editors Forum call for immediate inquiries into the death of Bulgarian journalist, Viktoria Marinova, and the disappearance and alleged murder of Saudi Arabian journalist, Jamal Khashoggi. The organisation also condemned the killing of Mexican journalist, Mario Leonel Gómez Sánchez, and Somali journalist, Abdirisak Said Osman, calling for thorough inquiries in each case to help undermine a growing culture of impunity for attacks against journalists worldwide.
